Every Blagdon pump is tested prior to delivery to ensure full compliance with manufacturing and operational standards. The factory testing procedure includes:
Pressure testing at 8 bar for fluid and air leakage
Dry start priming from one metre lift
Deadhead testing on each side to check for internal and external leakage
Observation of high rate cycling under pressure
Porosity checks and rhythmic cycling inspection
