M Series Mixer Seal Application

- Standardized seal designs allow seal cases, sleeves, and glands to be interchanged for use with technologies that use liquid lubrication, dry running or full fluid-film faces.
- It operates at 0 rpm thanks to non-contacting gas barrier technology.
- Allows for radial run-out of up to 3.2 mm (0.126 in.). Total indicator reading (TIR) eliminates the need for a bearing in the housing and allows for smaller shaft sizes at a lower cost.
- Standard shaft-centered seal housings eliminate the necessity for accurate radial alignment (concentricity) of the shaft-to-flange hole.
- Economical high-alloy choices outperform in tough, corrosive situations.
- A sanitary gland with a waste well is provided for steam cleaning applications.
- MD and MW designs feature pressure-reversal capabilities for greater seal integrity under off-design operation.
