The Bertoli Homogenizer and High Pressure Pumps from the Leonardo Series are a sanitary execution focused design making it highly suitable for food processing. As it has designed specifically for sanitary-compliant industries, all parts of the homogenizer are constructed of materials in compliance with the strict standards of the food processing and pharmaceutical international standards.
The Bertoli Homogenizer, Leonardo Series, the HA53, are high pressure pumps that can reach industrial productions up to 60,000 l/h and maximum working capacities up to 1,200 bar. The design is highly focused on its capabilities to be highly reliable and easily maintained. With its closed-cabinet design, the homogenizer comes with poppet valves, allowing both high and low-viscous products to emulsify and homogenize efficiently with minimal maintenance required.
