The Alfa Laval SaniMagnum SB Rotary Spray Head is designed for efficient tank cleaning with self-cleaning, self-draining and full inspectability. Its patented one clip assembly allows easy installation, disassembly and inspection without compromising cleanability and drainability.
Often mistaken for a static spray ball, the SaniMagnum SB is a rotary spray head that delivers a 270°U or 360° spray pattern at low flow and low pressure to improve wetting and cleaning impact. The SB/3-A version is designed for hygienic applications and CIP duties across food, beverage, personal care and other hygienic industries.

How It Works
The flow of cleaning media causes the head of the Alfa Laval SaniMagnum SB to rotate. The fan shaped jets lay out a swirling pattern throughout the tank, generating the wetting and impact needed for efficient residue removal. The device is lubricated by the cleaning media and is designed for hygienic CIP operation.
