Sales Coordinator

Location: Selangor, Shah Alam

Job Purpose

The Sales Coordinator is responsible to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. He/she will become the point of reference between customer, Sales and Technical Support Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To input orders into system and ensure that order are processed in the line with customers’ delivery requirement
• To generate a quotation requested by customer and Sales Department
• To ensure the accuracy and timely processing of orders
• To coordinate with Technical Support Department and Sales Department on customer orders, deliveries, requirements and other related matters
• To maintain good relationship with channel and feedback market information to management
• To assist in the preparation of sales related documents (e.g. Service Report)
• To attend customers’ service requests, enquiries and complaints accordance with company service standard
• To perform other ad-hoc task as assigned

Qualifications

• Possess a SPM/STPM, Diploma, Degree or Postgraduate qualification in Mechanical
Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related engineering field
• At least 1 year sales, or customer service experience
• Able to write and speak in English is necessary - Exceptional communication skills
• Able to work under fast pace and pressure environment

Working Conditions

The Sales Coordinator will be expected to work at ABS Engineering & Trading Sdn Bhd which is located in Lot 59, Tanjung Medan 26/12, Hicom B Sector, Section 26, Shah Alam, Sela or 17 Lrg. Perda Utama 7, Bandar Perda, 14000 Bukit Mertajam, Penang, Malaysia. Working hour will be from 8.00 am until 5.30 pm.

Relocation and travelling needs will be advised by the Customer Care Manager or General Manager when necessary.
