SIHI Dry GD Systems are designed to meet a wide range of industrial requirements. The SIHI Dry vacuum pump is self-draining, vertically orientated and does not have any mechanical shaft seals. It is the best choice for chemical processes with a high chance of liquid or solid transfer. This award-winning solution can accommodate corrosive gases and vapors while also demonstrating outstanding resistance to heat-accelerated deposition.
The Basic configuration provides a complete set of intelligent modules that can be linked to meet dynamic process requirements, enable remote monitoring,\ and simplify DCS integration. The intelligent drive system is built within the pump, offering an energy-efficient foundation for variable speed/pressure control and continuous rotor diagnostics. Furthermore, this approach to rotor synchronization allows the system to run without a gearbox, resulting in an extremely silent operation that requires no lubrication.
SIHI Dry was created to work with explosive media both internally and externally, and it comes in eight sizes. The volumetric flow rate reaches up to 1000 m³/h (589 cfm). SIHI Boost can be used in conjunction with SIHI to significantly boost flow and pressure.
