The Alfa Laval GJ 7, Alfa Laval Gamajet BB and Alfa Laval GJ 9 rotary jet head tank cleaning devices represent a major technological breakthrough, offering the most powerful cleaning results in a compact, easy to handle size. The Alfa Laval GJ 7 and Alfa Laval Gamajet BB are specially designed to clean small barrels and drums, while the Alfa Laval GJ 9 offers fast cleaning of your intermediate bulk containers (IBC). All devices are available in a wide range of sizes and nozzle configurations.
The Alfa Laval GJ BB combines high performance impingement with dramatically increased durability that provides a service life three times longer than the best existing cleaning machine. The fluid-driven Alfa Laval GJ BB requires no external power supply and features the same impingement cleaning technology and performance as the widely recognized Alfa Laval GJ 7 Barrel Blaster.
It also combines heavy-duty stainless steel construction with a larger gear train, which remains outside the barrel during cleaning, to provide exceptional durability. With a single insertion, 100% cleaning effectiveness can be achieved quickly and easily.
The Alfa Laval Gamajet BB is easily attached to a bi-pod mount for traditional bung hole down cleaning. A ball valve attached to the mount allows for convenient water control directly to the bi-pod. Usable with all existing storage and rack systems, the Alfa Laval Gamajet BB provides exceptional barrel cleaning convenience. Users can reliably clean barrels without ever lifting a barrel.

The Ultimate Barrel Cleaning Machine
The Alfa Laval Gamajet BB is part of the world-renowned Gamajet range of tank cleaning devices. With a single insertion of the Alfa Laval Gamajet BB, barrels and 55 gallon drums are cleaned in only 2 – 3 minutes, while using only 8 – 12 gallons of water. This device offers high-performance cleaning, combined with maximum durability. A heavy-duty, stainless steel gear train remains outside the barrel or drum during cleaning, ensuring a long service life. The Alfa Laval Gamajet BB saves companies substantial amounts of time, water, and money.
The Alfa Laval Gamajet range of high impact tank cleaning devices combine pressure and flow to create high impact cleaning jets. Cleaning occurs at the point at which the concentrated stream impacts the surface. This impact, and the tangential force that radiates from that point, blasts contaminants from the surface, scouring the tank interior. In conjunction with this impact, the device is engineered to rotate in a precise, repeatable, and reliable 360° pattern. This full-coverage, global indexing pattern ensures the entire tank interior is cleaned, every time.
The choice of nozzle diameters can optimize jet impact length and flow rate at the desired pressure. As standard documentation, the Alfa Laval GJ BB can be supplied with a “Declaration of Conformity” for material specifications.
TRAX is a unique software that simulates how the Alfa Laval GJ BB performs in a specific tank or vessel. The simulation gives information on wetting intensity, pattern mesh width, and cleaning jet velocity. This information is used to determine the best location of the tank cleaning device and the correct combination of flow, time, and pressure to implement. A TRAX demo, which shows different cleaning simulations with a variety of applications, can be used as a reference and documentation for tank cleaning applications. The TRAX demo is free and available upon request.
